What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and verify signer's identity according to state requirements
- Notarize and record documents using audio-visual and online technology
- Refer questions or concerns to Escrow Officers
- Perform routine tasks using established procedures
- Work under close supervision and follow specific standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be a Notary Public
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Working knowledge of real estate/escrow/title terminology
- 1 year of related experience reviewing and notarizing documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in the real estate or escrow industry
