What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform real-time operations of distributed asset power generation technologies in the Remote Operations Center (ROC)
- Interface with multiple parties for identification, diagnosis, and resolution of site operations and maintenance issues
- Engage in communications with clients and internal team members to maintain contractual obligations
- Develop processes and procedures for site-specific projects and the ROC
- Assist with Monitoring & Diagnostics (M&D) teams using predictive analytics for proactive monitoring of energy assets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Intermediate knowledge of distributed energy systems and control applications
- Ability to work in a typical office environment and maintain focus during prolonged periods of computer use
- Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including both days and nights

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate Degree or trades/vocational experience preferred
- Previous operations experience related to Battery Storage, Solar, Wind, or Thermal Generation
- Control Room Operator experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of NERC responsibilities and construction practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of Power Plant systems and processes
