What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Continuously monitor the operation of facilities to ensure compliance with safe operations, regulatory requirements, and business unit objectives
- Facilitate Team Generation Blast calls
- Build and maintain relationships with primary stakeholders to optimize performance
- Start, stop, and dispatch wind, solar, and battery storage facilities to meet planned schedule
- Perform diagnostic analysis of operating data to assess performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required and minimum of 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal job instructions
- Proficient in the use of PC-based computer software including Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and productively without supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-year degree in math, physics, engineering, electrical technology, or related field
- Experience in the renewable energy field
- Knowledge of core transmission, generation, and electrical distribution processes
- Skill in utilizing mathematics as it applies to electrical theory
- Proficiency with EMS & SCADA systems
