What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate and support assets in the Unconventional portfolio using technology and integrity
- Communicate effectively through various channels including email, phone, and Zoom
- Maintain cooperative and professional relationships with team members and supervisors
- Document and report operational activities and respond to emergency and non-emergency services
- Capture field learnings and communicate insights to management and peers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Onshore field operational experience is a must
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, documentation, and data entry
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and multi-tasking abilities
- Capacity to make decisions under stressful situations and follow instructions accurately
- Ability to establish priorities and respond to a variety of services and complaints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a communications dispatcher, Artificial Lift Technician, Lease Operator, or Midstream Operator
- Knowledge of WIN 911 and Ignition programs
