What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in HR risk management or consulting
- Certification in HR or related field
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software
- Experience with project management
