What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive and engaging manner to strengthen connections with non-profits
- Share important updates from clients with donors across the United States
- Secure financial gifts on behalf of clients from donors and prospects
- Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in telephone fundraising
- Dedicated wired internet connection for remote work
- A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology
- Commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes represented

- Experience specifically in telephone fundraising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with non-profit fundraising practices
