What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with creating, updating, and distributing clinician schedules/templates
- Manage vacation, out of office, and other time-off requests
- Ensure proper guidelines are followed via weekly review of clinician schedules
- Responsible for maintaining the Professional Preferences portal for accuracy
- Attend mandatory meetings including onboarding, customer service, and department meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED/HSED equivalent is required
- 1-3+ years of Practice Management Systems experience required
- NextGen and Practice Management experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred
- Data Analyst experience highly recommended
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with clinicians and staff
- Experience in a fast-paced multi-office environment
