What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and respond to written inquiries from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and vendors
- Make outbound follow-up calls to assist in resolving accounts
- Process and input patient data, fulfill document requests, and maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with confidential data and stay updated on company policies and procedures
- Work under the direction of the Customer Service Manager to deliver high-quality service and escalate issues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
- 1 year of Customer Service experience required; 1 year of Health Care office experience preferred
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service role
