What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place patients with Fresenius Kidney Care through sales and customer service skills
- Coordinate admissions process from initial request to patient placement
- Obtain necessary information for patient placement and complete admissions process
- Utilize call tracking and admissions program systems for accurate documentation
- Coordinate with multiple departments to successfully place patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Excellent sales, customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to enter information accurately into a database system
- Working knowledge of standard office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce and EMR systems a plus
