What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Placing patients with excellent sales and customer service skills
- Coordinating admissions process from request to placement
- Obtaining necessary information for patient placement
- Updating Salesforce with current data and information
- Coordinating with multiple departments for patient placement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Excellent sales, customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry abilities
- Working knowledge of standard office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce and EMR systems
- Ability to handle escalations and collaborate with supervisors
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
