      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Monitor patients remotely using telemonitoring technology to ensure their safety and well-being
      - Communicate with patients through remote channels, providing reassurance and support
      - Maintain accurate documentation of patient observations and interactions
      - Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other technology platforms efficiently
      - Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to escalate critical situations and ensure prompt response and resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - High school diploma
      - Previous experience in customer service, front-facing roles, or administrative positions
      - Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications effectively
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Exceptional problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Exposure to fast-paced environments with high-pressure situations
      - Prior healthcare experience
      - Medical certificate or relevant medical education
