  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage inbound and outbound calls to/from patients and other agreed parties
  - Provide information, product use training, and adherence services to enrolled patients
  - Ensure all activities are consistent and compliant with company policies
  - Understand and maintain patient privacy laws, including HIPAA compliance
  - Establish relationships, identify trends, and provide education
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  - Active nursing license (RN, NP) or PA with licensure in the state of residence
  - Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience
  - Minimum of 2 years patient experience
  - Strong proficiency in virtual engagement and utilization of virtual platforms
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous pharmaceutical patient education experience
  - Strong compliance focus, with integrity and ethical judgement
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology
  - Effective collaboration skills; able to work independently and as a team member
