      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide proactive phone, email, and chat support to clinical trial participants and site staff
      - Manage inbound calls and conduct remote outbound calls to enhance participant engagement
      - Serve as a liaison for additional support between end users and medical device manufacturer representatives
      - Maintain organization and best document practices while working with sensitive patient populations
      - Be available to work non-business hours, including evenings and weekends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of patient interaction experience OR a 4-year degree with 1+ year of patient interaction experience
      - Very strong interpersonal skills, including excellent customer service skills and phone demeanor
      - Must be organized and proficient in documentation practices
      - Experience working with sensitive patient populations, such as individuals with schizophrenia
      - Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Zendesk platform for documentation and support
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Good clinical practice training
      - Experience working with people diagnosed with schizophrenia or other mental illnesses
      - Clinical trial experience of at least 3-5 years
