What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with automotive accessory purchases through various communication channels including calls, texts, and online chats
- Follow up on sales leads and close sales with existing customers via outbound communications
- Provide product knowledge to suggest modifications that enhance customers' vehicles
- Efficiently process orders, returns, and customer inquiries while meeting performance expectations
- Participate in continuous education and special projects as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
- Excellent sales ability and proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in a sales environment or automotive industry
