What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers via calls, texts, emails, and chats regarding automotive accessory orders and inquiries
- Make outbound calls and texts to follow up on sales leads and close sales
- Provide product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the best aftermarket parts
- Foster customer relationships to encourage repeat business and address service-related issues
- Meet performance metrics regarding customer service quality, contacts, and revenue targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
- Excellent sales ability and willingness to learn product knowledge
- Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Office
- Must reside in specific states, including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories
