What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with automotive accessory purchases through various communication channels
- Make outbound follow-up calls and texts to close sales on leads
- Process orders, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently
- Provide product knowledge and suggestions for vehicle modifications
- Meet performance metrics related to customer service quality and sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
- Excellent sales ability and proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in specific states such as PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the automotive industry
