      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review medical record documentation to ensure accurate assignment of diagnostic and procedure codes
      - Provide training, mentoring, and direction to medical coding staff
      - Collaborate with clinics to resolve denials and ensure compliance with billing requirements
      - Request additional medical records as needed to complete coding assessments
      - Maintain knowledge of coding principles, regulations, and requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluent in the English language
      - Vast knowledge of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS coding and reimbursement issues
      - Strong understanding of 1995 and 1997 Documentation guidelines
      - Excellent comprehension of medical terminology
      - Ability to balance multiple tasks and make sound decisions
      - Detail-oriented and analytical
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
