What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system
- Simulate pilot actions and communication during training exercises
- Translate information into appropriate ATC terminology
- Respond to students using proper phraseology
- Complete required certifications for classroom and lab training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear and effective communication skills
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
- Certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
- Familiarity with the FAAO JO 7110.65
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Basic experience with pilot/controller communications or phraseology
