What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and direct RPO personnel activities
- Manage RPO schedules and oversee daily operations
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of RPO timecards
- Interface effectively with FAA personnel to deliver training services
- Provide training and support services for ATC facilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Remote Pilot Operator (RPO)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals, and communicate clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience as an RPO at the FAA Academy
- Experience working in Terminal radar lab or En Route lab
- Knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65
- Prior supervisory experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and current technological tools
