What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply pre-construction and estimating administration knowledge to execute bid process assignments
- Provide day-to-day support for the competitive bid process
- Assist with administrative functions of the Contractor Pre-Qualification process
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to company and department matters
- Manage inventory levels of office supplies and equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of directly related pre-construction and estimating administration experience in a fast-paced, multi-project operational environment; or Associate's Degree with 1-2 years of directly related experience; or Bachelor's Degree with 0-1 years of directly related experience
- Familiarity with construction terminology, concepts, practices, procedures, methods, bid solicitation, and pre-qualification processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
