Job Description

- Oversee full cycle recruiting through the applicant tracking system (ATS) software, PayNW (a UKG product)
- Collaborate with the HR Director and Generalist to create and update job postings and job descriptions
- Review resumes, communicate to candidates, and conduct pre-screening phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule Zoom interviews and clinical working interviews with the hiring manager and training department team member
- Attend virtual HR weekly recruiting meetings
- Maintain accurate and real-time candidate records in PayNW
- Communicate with HR with updated interview feedback
- HR will manage offers and onboarding
- Previous recruiting experience of 5 years or more required
- Prior experience working in the healthcare industry required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively over the phone
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and discretion
- Attention to detail is critical for this position with ability to prioritize and maintain time management
- Communicate in a positive and clear manner with internal administrative and clinic staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, Zoom, and PayNW HRIS software
- Ability to learn and adopt new and changing policies and procedures
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Summary:
The trusted talent advisor brings extensive and diverse knowledge in the medical industry and will oversee all recruiting needs for the organization. This role will report to and be supported by the HR department as we continue to share efforts in hiring timely, efficiently, and effectively. This role will be the sole recruiter at Allegro responsible to review resumes, screen candidates, and identify extraordinary talent.
