What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of field technicians to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure customer appointment times are met and provide timely notifications of any changes or delays
- Reprioritize jobs as necessary to meet customer commitments and address escalated inquiries
- Facilitate communication between technicians, customers, management, and support centers through various channels
- Dispatch technicians for emergency requests after hours, ensuring timely responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic data entry and typing skills
- Proficiency in computer and MS Windows applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in scheduling or dispatching roles
- Familiarity with the security services industry
- Previous customer service experience in a related field
