What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct nursing assessments and triage via phone and video
- Provide advice to support staff for individuals with abnormal clinical values
- Document all calls thoroughly and confidentially
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program
- Current RN license in the Commonwealth of PA with the ability to obtain multiple out-of-state licenses
- One year of RN experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of clinical skills, practices, and analytical capabilities
