      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage regulatory processes and procedures for clinical trials with minimal supervision
      - Prepare protocol documents ensuring compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements
      - Communicate and collaborate with central operations to resolve regulatory issues
      - Maintain and troubleshoot Texas Oncology Research systems for proper access and functionality
      - Assist with the preparation of Informed Consent Documents and submissions to sponsors and IRBs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in a clinical or scientific-related discipline preferred
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical research, regulatory affairs, or an oncology-related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
      - Excellent time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Sponsor Monitor representatives
      - Familiarity with regulatory affairs and clinical research in an oncology setting
      - Additional certifications related to clinical research or regulatory affairs
