What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and maintain a strategic reporting platform for Financial Crimes Operations using tools like Hadoop, Hive, and Tableau
- Maintain and enhance a suite of operational metrics and reporting outputs
- Implement automated solutions and data quality controls to improve data accuracy and efficiency
- Create and maintain regular and ad hoc management information reports and Tableau dashboards
- Stay updated on regulations and reputation risks to revise policies and procedures accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Moderate work experience in the financial, compliance, legal, regulatory, or data-driven industry
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau) and knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SAS, R, Python)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Experience working with AML or financial data systems
- Advanced knowledge of MS Access and Excel, including pivot tables and macros
