      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately create and maintain Medicare Coverage Analysis for building budgets and updates for all protocols and amendments
      - Maintain and update Study Start-up and Fee for Services Schedules
      - Address contractual and budget inquiries from Central Research and Central Billing Departments
      - Create and maintain Research Billing Guides (RBG) for protocols and amendments
      - Upload all necessary study documents to the appropriate database and ensure proper billing and reconciliation for independent trials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-year degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in oncology research and healthcare billing
      - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
      - Relevant experience in preparing budgets and proficiency in Excel
      - Preferable experience with medical billing, CPT codes, and electronic records

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in oncology research and healthcare billing is strongly preferred
      - Familiarity with Medicare and pre-negotiated rates
      - Previous work with Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA)
      - Ability to effectively communicate with senior management and clinical staff
      - Knowledge of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and related documentation
