What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately create and maintain Medicare Coverage Analysis to develop budgets and budget updates for all protocols
- Maintain and update Study Start-up and Fee for Services Schedules
- Address contractual and budget inquiries from various departments based on Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA)
- Create and update Research Billing Guides (RBG) for protocols and amendments
- Upload and manage study documents in the appropriate database, ensuring proper billing and reconciliation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience in oncology research and healthcare billing
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Experience with medical billing, CPT codes, and electronic records preferred
- Relevant experience in budget preparation and proficiency in Excel
