      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately create and maintain Medicare Coverage Analysis to build budgets and budget updates for protocols and amendments
      - Maintain and update Study Start-up and Fee for Services Schedules
      - Address contractual and budget questions from the Central Research Department and field staff based on Clinical Trial Agreements
      - Create, circulate for review and signature, and maintain Research Billing Guides for protocols and amendments
      - Upload all department study documents to the appropriate database and ensure proper billing and reconciliation for independent trials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent from an accredited institution
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in oncology research and healthcare billing strongly preferred
      - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
      - Relevant experience preparing budgets and proficiency in Excel
      - Experience with medical billing, CPT codes, and electronic records is preferable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in oncology research and healthcare billing
      - Familiarity with Medicare and pre-negotiated rates
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
