      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure projects meet goals and quality standards
      - Serve as a point of contact for sponsors, providing information to network physicians and staff regarding clinical trials
      - Maintain knowledge of the status of clinical research projects across practices/sites
      - Develop study implementation processes and tools in collaboration with industry sponsors
      - Prepare and coordinate site-specific pre-qualification visits and audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
      - Prior oncology research experience
      - Supervisory experience
      - Understanding of FDA and other regulations regarding clinical trials

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management within a clinical research setting
      - Familiarity with developing clinical research process manuals
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Experience working with regulatory and quality assurance personnel
