What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage regulatory and administrative activities of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with institutional requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with central operations to resolve regulatory issues
- Maintain protocol regulatory documents and ensure audit-readiness throughout the study lifecycle
- Assist in the preparation of informed consent documents and regulatory packets for submissions
- Monitor and report serious adverse events (SAEs) to sponsors and IRBs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in a clinical or scientific-related discipline preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical research, regulatory affairs, or an oncology-related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with sponsor monitor representatives
- Background in quality assurance initiatives within clinical research settings
- Familiarity with regulatory submissions to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs)
