What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from pet parents
- Assist with scheduling appointments for Pets Hotel, Grooming Salon, and Pet Training
- Present additional service opportunities to pet parents confidently
- Ensure thorough and efficient communication with pet parents
- Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong grammar and communication skills
- Proficient in using multiple systems simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service
- Fluent in English with Spanish as a bonus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service roles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
