What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify at-risk accounts and make outbound calls
- Retain ADT customers by problem-solving, deescalating customer issues, and resolving account issues
- Review contracts for accuracy and maximize profitability
- Work independently to find the best solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, retention-focused preferred
- Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize
- Computer proficiency, including data entry
- Basic math skills and understanding of business metrics
