What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify at-risk accounts and make proactive outbound calls to retain customers
- Resolve customer issues and de-escalate situations to enhance satisfaction
- Review contracts for accuracy to maximize profitability and resolution
- Work independently to determine the best solutions for customers
- Collaborate closely with team members and customers in a supportive environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in retention
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer use, including data entry
- Ability to perform basic math functions and understand business metrics
