What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate nursing activities to ensure effective patient care and staff relations
- Oversee the Quality Program for the clinic, ensuring all standards are met
- Maintain clinical record documentation according to agency policy and regulations
- Provide training and educational opportunities for clinical staff
- Manage a caseload of patients and supervise field staff as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active RN licensure in the state of application
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with OASIS and/or coding is strongly desired
- Ability to participate in federal and state licensure surveys
- Experience in home health care preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medicare skilled nursing experience
- Basic understanding of OASIS
- RN experience in health care (home health)
