What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and perform internal and external quality audits of medical records
- Collaborate with operations team to resolve audit findings
- Provide continuous quality improvement suggestions based on audit findings
- Participate in ad hoc CQI initiatives
- Assist in the development of quality policies and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A.D.N degree from an accredited school of nursing; B.S.N preferred
- Minimum three (3) years' healthcare experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Prior audit, quality, or patient safety experience
- Demonstrated expertise in disease management preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
