What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle outbound sales inquiries and incoming customer service calls
- Interact with customers to sell new products and ensure best-in-class customer experience
- Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to call center leadership team and ensure first call resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales/call center and customer service roles
- Proven sales results and selling skills
- Superior customer service delivery skills
- Organized self-starter with a demonstrated work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- English/Spanish bilingualism
- Experience in telecommunications sales
- Customer service certification
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong problem-solving skills
