      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
      - Must demonstrate a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality.
      - High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
      - Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
      - Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a home workspace with wired internet.

      - Experience in sales within the telecommunications industry.
      - Additional coursework or certifications related to sales or customer service.
      - Familiarity with remote work technologies and tools.
