      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field inbound customer contacts, ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced production environment.

      - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through honest and integral interactions.
      - Work full-time with potential shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
      - Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
      - High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
      - Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, persuasive personality, and a growth mindset.
      - Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays.
      - Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a home workspace with wired internet and necessary equipment.

      - Experience in a customer service role within the telecommunications industry.
      - Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to enhance customer engagement.
