What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Successfully complete new hire training and pass all required compliance testing
- Monitor high volume of medical alert, secondary alarms, and inbound phone calls with genuine concern
- Answer alarms and inbound phone calls according to protocol and determine response requirements
- Troubleshoot alarm systems and report malfunctions
- Record details of calls, dispatches, and messages

What is Required (Qualifications):

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum download speed of 5Mbps and upload speed of 2Mbps for remote work capability
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with teams
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with medical alert services
