      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with the team to identify the needs of each position
      - Drive recruitment efforts to ensure timely and quality hiring for all positions
      - Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
      - Conduct new hire onboarding and training processes
      - Lead and motivate a team of HR specialists in recruitment and HR duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of recruiting and interviewing experience
      - At least 2 years of leadership experience in recruiting
      - Proficiency in various interview methods and techniques
      - Bachelor's degree or higher
      - Familiarity with California labor laws and G-suite & Mac OS

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong multitasking and time management skills
      - Availability to work during Pacific Time business hours
      - Ability to pass an extensive reference and background check
