What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the central marketing operations point person, managing all operational aspects and resources in the delivery of integrated Walmart MoneyCard marketing campaigns and programs
- Manage the day-to-day marketing campaign planning process, including budget planning, vendor management, creative briefs, stakeholder approvals, and campaign performance
- Identify product gaps, prioritize product features based on ROI, and project manage their implementation
- Coordinate internal teams to define marketing objectives and requirements and develop and execute efficient and effective campaigns and programs
- Monitor campaign performance and produce reports on marketing campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to improve results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Experience working with retail marketing, digital media, and CRM platforms
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations management
- Proven record of successful project management and process improvement
- Experience developing and managing budgets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MS Office, iProcurement, and Jira project management software
