What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operations of Ultra High Temperature Materials facilities
- Develop new business opportunities and sales strategies
- Ensure adherence to operational development and production milestones
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Direct and oversee all functions and programs throughout their lifecycles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 10+ years of related experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience in Ultra High Temperature Material research or production
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a technical discipline
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Demonstrated success in managing production teams and programs
