What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process complex payroll ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and union requirements
- Ensure accuracy of wage calculations, withholdings, deductions, and changes
- Reconcile and identify risks to prevent issues with accuracy, timeliness, and production
- Create and run requested reports, including year-end data and union fringes for both the US and Canada
- Assist with internal and external audits while maintaining confidentiality of payroll operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- 3+ years of union payroll processing experience
- High technical ability with intermediate to expert Excel usage, including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or related fields
