      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls daily
      - Schedule over 50 service appointments per day for mechanical maintenance and repairs
      - Respond to inquiries regarding vehicle status, service pricing, warranties, and roadside assistance
      - Direct non-service appointment calls to the appropriate dealership personnel
      - Utilize various computer programs to access dealership information and customer profiles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available to work Monday to Friday and every third Saturday, with two weekdays off
      - Minimum of 6 months recent customer service experience
      - High-speed internet connection of more than 20 Mbps for both upload and download
      - Quiet home office environment suitable for remote call center work
      - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with desktop PCs and related equipment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
      - Familiarity with automotive terminology and vehicle components
      - Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency for first-call resolution
      - Advanced knowledge of Google, YouTube, and other web search tools
