What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and process National Account customer service requests via inbound phone calls, emails, or customer portals, and coordinate with the appropriate District office for support
- Create service requests for customers using Oracle ACE or Genesys
- Review daily reports for service requests that require attention and follow up accordingly
- Serve as the primary point of contact for select National Accounts customers, ensuring all service-related requests are met
- Process quotes and proposals as required, and implement client contracts while providing information to regional and district personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Background in customer service with the ability to multi-task
