      Remote Site Coordinator

      Job Description Summary

      The Remote Site Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for delivering client facing services as part of C&W’s Remote Site Management service capability within C&W’s Manila based Portfolio Services Centre. C&W’s Remote Site Management service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for our client’s sites and operations across the APAC Region.

      This role will require the holder to operate in accordance with established and developing processes, material and management systems aimed at providing remote site management support to range of sites across the APAC region. The RSC will work either independently or as part of a team to provide site coordination services for the assigned portfolio. Site coordination services include, but are not limited to:

      Job description:
      • Organize and provide vendors to the client, third parties and C&W supplied services and functions;
      • liaise, coordinate and communicate with the client team and other site stakeholders
      • develop a detailed knowledge and awareness of the assigned site’s operating characteristics, profile and recording same in the site records management system;
      • respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to the assigned sites
      • he/she is the single point of contact (SPOC) between client and RSM requirement
      Global Occupier Services
      • Formulate and measure the agreed KPI and SLA as per contract
      • Create and formulate OPEX budget and ensure the accuracy of the billing during cut off (as needed)
      • Attend meetings and immediate concerns of the client
      Job qualification:
      • College graduate
      • Must have 1-3 years facility management and remote site operational exposures
      • Advanced skills in MS Office such as powerpoint,word,excel etc.
      • Must be internet savvy and with advanced IT skills providing remote communications
      • Must be fluent in English communication both oral and written
      • Willing to work in shifting schedules as well as holidays

      Job Description

      Key Responsibilities
      The Remote Site coordinator will have several key responsibilities, these include:
      • to help prepare, assist and implement an effective remote site support service aimed at meeting the remote facilities and property support needs of a wide and varied managed property portfolio distributed through-out the APAC region, and;
      • to, in-time, establish, manage and lead a scalable team of Remote Site Coordinators (note that at time of preparing this JD, there are no direct reports for this role);
      • to develop and continuously improve business process, practices and management systems that enable and support the Remote Site Facilities Management function;
      • to communicate (liaise, consult and inform wherever fitting or necessary) clearly, effectively and promptly (in any format whether written or oral) with senior business leaders, colleagues, other business unit managers, subordinates and both internal and external clients;
      • to build, and then sustain, competency and capacity within the Portfolio Services Centre (PSC) for a suite of remote site management services including but not limited to:
      ➢ Site based Vendor engagement, deployment, coordination and management
      ➢ Site based Occupier engagement, liaison and relationship management
      ➢ Collection and collation of Building & Facilities related information and data sets
      ➢ Analysis, interpretation and presentation of related information and data sets
      ➢ Draughting Remote Site Management related Standard Operating Procedures
      ➢ Site service work request handling, management and closeout (via work order management system and/or direct work request via email / IM / telephone etc.
      ➢ Reporting status, progress and performance for the managed portfolio and properties
      • manage personal inputs, priorities and outputs as needed to meet deadlines and delivery dates per agreed schedule and program, and;
      • constantly deliver high quality, accurate and value rich outputs according to the reasonable expectations of the leadership team, and;
      • consistently demonstrate thought leadership and experience as a remote site facilities and operations management subject matter expert, and;
      Global Occupier Services
      • manage relationships with both internal and external customers, clients, prospects, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders in a constantly professional and result orientated fashion, and;
      • undertake other related duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be negotiated and assigned by the leadership team, and;
      • continuously represent yourself and Cushman & Wakefield, both internally and externally, as a qualified, capable and experienced real estate, workplace and facilities management services provider.
