What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor the support ticket queue and provide timely resolution to customer issues
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Build alliances with internal and external departments for ticket escalation and resolution
- Provide technical advice and serve as a level 3 support analyst for complex issues
- Document and share knowledge through various platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree or technical college degree in computer sciences or related field
- Familiarity with Support Services environment and change management processes
- Experience with SQL, Red Hat Linux, and Apache Tomcat
- Knowledge of GIT, IDE tools, JIRA, and Confluence
- Excellent client communication skills and proactive work style
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Utility industry experience, especially with Smart Grid applications
- Oracle or PostgreSQL database configuration and administration knowledge
- In-depth Linux troubleshooting experience
- ITSM/ITIL knowledge
- Previous Salesforce Administration experience
