What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor the support ticket queue and take ownership of new tickets
- Address customer issues promptly and provide updates on issue resolution progress
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Document and share knowledge through various channels
- Provide technical advice and serve as a level 3 support analyst for complex issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree or technical college degree in computer sciences or related field
- Experience in a Support Services environment with change management processes
- Excellent client communication skills
- Autonomous and proactive work style
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Utility industry experience, especially with Smart Grid applications
- Oracle or PostgreSQL database configuration and administration knowledge
- In-depth Linux troubleshooting experience
- ITSM/ITIL knowledge
- Previous Salesforce Administration knowledge
