What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of ROI functions for Risk Adjustment and related projects
- Conduct regular meetings with field operations and payer projects to review inventory status
- Manage regional P&L and ensure compliance with budgetary performance
- Recruit, hire, and train staff while ensuring competency in Medical Record - Release of Information
- Perform quality assurance monitoring and conduct performance reviews for direct reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum High School Diploma / GED required
- Bachelor’s and/or Associate Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a health-related field preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of supervisory/management experience in Health Information Management within an acute care hospital or clinic setting
- Prior experience supervising at least 20 full-time employees
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel

- Demonstrated excellence in business writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Key analytics skillsets, including experience in creating detailed reports for senior management
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards
- Experience with demand and capacity planning around needs and resources
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel as necessary
