Job Description

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements for our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and support, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using C#, SQL, Blazor.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data access and manipulation.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software products.
- Mentor and guide other developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in C# .NET Development.
- 5+ years of experience with MS SQL.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with one or more of the following front end tech: React, Angular & Blazor.
- Design, Build and Maintain APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure and microservices architecture.
- Experience with utility billing software or CIS.
- Experience with SSO.
- Proficiency with creating and maintaining DevOps pipelines.
